What are the risks of bio-energy therapy?

There are no risks involved in the types of therapy offered at Live Intentionally. It is safe for pregnant, nursing mothers, infants and children. There may be experiences from the movement of energies that cause discomfort: a headache, a wired feeling, a tired feeling, rarely nausea. These experiences are brief and do not exceed 24 hours. There is no threat of injury. Most people don’t experience any discomfort.

What can I expect from bio-energy therapy?

Therapy is based on personal need, but designed to promote mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health optimization, AKA, balanced biological energy systems.

How long does it take?

  • An appointment can take up to 45 minutes, regardless of the modality being utilized.
  • Each person’s healing journey is a little different. However, the most difficult part of the healing journey is staying on the actionable plan of the journey. A plan is personally customized and designed for the most efficient path to healthy neurological adaptation. It can be tweaked at any time, but normally it is in 3-month increments.
  • The analogy we often use is, ‘If your stress cup has overflowed, we first have to clean up the mess. Then we need to lower the cup.’ So, we work to determine the rate at which change can be processed through your nervous system by the objective data we collect on the initial appointment. The rate of change will increase as energies begin to work efficiently together.

What kinds of conditions can bio-energy therapy benefit?

Everything and anything. The electrical systems of the body govern all other systems.

How can I work this into my busy life?

  • There are virtual options for most modalities offered at Live Intentionally.
  • However, we require in-person appointments for neurofeedback and biofeedback with the LENS system and for a complete intake appointment.

How is working on my mental/emotional health with bio-energy different than psychotherapy?

The Mind Shifting Method is designed to release subconscious, mental/emotional/identity blocks that hinder the progression of living the way you want to live. It uses ‘feeling’ association in the communication between the body and the brain to alleviate conflict. It is a technique and not considered talk therapy.
